REGULAMIN SKLEPU I ŚWIADCZENIA USŁUG

§1. POSTANOWIENIA OGÓLNE

  1. Właścicielem serwisu działającego pod adresem www.oksanapavlii.com jest JDG Oksana Pavlii, NIP: 6793285100, e-mail: pavliyoksana@gmail.com

  2. Regulamin określa zasady sprzedaży produktów cyfrowych oraz rezerwacji i uczestnictwa w sesjach energetycznych (indywidualnych i grupowych).

§2. NATURA USŁUG I ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚĆ

  1. Charakter pracy: Sesje (m.in. Aktywacja Energii Kundalini) są procesami o charakterze duchowym i energetycznym. Nie są one formą psychoterapii, poradnictwa psychologicznego ani leczenia medycznego.

  2. Gotowość klienta: Przystępując do sesji, Klient deklaruje, że jego stan zdrowia psychicznego i fizycznego pozwala na udział w procesie. Klient bierze pełną odpowiedzialność za swoje doświadczenia oraz ich integrację po spotkaniu.

  3. Przeciwwskazania: Udział w sesjach nie jest zalecany osobom w ciąży (szczególnie III trymestr), osobom z epilepsją, aktywnymi chorobami psychicznymi (np. schizofrenia, choroba dwubiegunowa) lub osobom pod wpływem środków psychoaktywnych. Sprzedawca ma prawo odmówić przeprowadzenia sesji, jeśli uzna, że istnieją ku temu przeciwwskazania.

§3. REZERWACJE I PŁATNOŚCI

  1. Płatności obsługiwane są przez system Stripe. Rezerwacja sesji jest wiążąca w momencie dokonania płatności.

  2. Dowodem zakupu jest automatyczne potwierdzenie (Receipt) wysyłane przez Stripe. Faktury VAT wystawiane są na życzenie Klienta po przesłaniu danych na e-mail: pavliyoksana@gmail.com

  3. Pakiety: Pakiety sesji są imienne i mają określony termin ważności 6 miesięcy.

§4. REZYGNACJE, ZWROTY I TERMINY

  1. Sesje Indywidualne: Zmiana terminu lub rezygnacja jest możliwa bezpłatnie do 24 godzin przed spotkaniem. W przypadku odwołania sesji na mniej niż 24h przed terminem, płatność nie podlega zwrotowi (koszt rezerwacji czasu i gotowości).

  2. Sesje Grupowe / Eventy: Płatność nie podlega zwrotowi. .

  3. Zwroty: Zwrot środków następuje wyłącznie w przypadku odwołania wydarzenia przez Organizatora.

§5. DOSTAWA TREŚCI CYFROWYCH I PRAWO ODSTĄPIENIA

  1. Produkty cyfrowe (e-booki, kursy) są udostępniane niezwłocznie po opłaceniu przez platformę Podia.

  2. Klient przyjmuje do wiadomości, że uzyskując natychmiastowy dostęp do treści cyfrowych, traci prawo do odstąpienia od umowy (zgodnie z art. 38 pkt 13 ustawy o prawach konsumenta).

§6. SPRAWY TECHNICZNE I POUFNOŚĆ

  1. Sesje Online: Klient odpowiada za stabilne łącze internetowe, sprawną kamerę i mikrofon. Jeśli sesja nie dojdzie do skutku z przyczyn technicznych leżących po stronie Klienta, uznaje się ją za odbytą.

  2. Poufność: Treści poruszane podczas sesji indywidualnych są objęte pełną poufnością.

  3. Wizerunek: Uczestnicząc w sesji grupowej online, Klient wyraża zgodę na jej nagrywanie (wizerunek może być widoczny dla innych uczestników grupy lub subskrypcji).

§7. REKLAMACJE I POSTANOWIENIA KOŃCOWE

  1. Reklamacje należy zgłaszać na adres: pavliyoksana@gmail.com Zostaną rozpatrzone w ciągu 14 dni.

  2. Dokonując rezerwacji lub zakupu, Klient potwierdza, że zapoznał się z niniejszym Regulaminem i akceptuje jego postanowienia.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

§1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

  2. These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the online store, purchasing digital products (Digital Content), and booking as well as participating in energy sessions (individual and group).

  3. A Customer may be any natural person, legal person, or organizational unit with full legal capacity.

§2. NATURE OF SERVICES AND LIABILITY

  1. Nature of Work: Sessions (including Kundalini Activation Process) are spiritual and energetic processes. They are NOT a form of psychotherapy, psychological counseling, or medical treatment.

  2. Customer Readiness: By joining a session, the Customer declares that their mental and physical health allows for participation in the process. The Customer takes full responsibility for their experiences and their integration after the meeting.

  3. Contraindications: Participation in sessions is not recommended for pregnant women (especially in the 3rd trimester), people with epilepsy, active mental illnesses (e.g., schizophrenia, bipolar disorder), or persons under the influence of psychoactive substances. The Seller reserves the right to refuse a session if contraindications are identified.

§3. RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENTS

  1. Payments are processed via the Stripe system. A session reservation becomes binding at the moment of payment.

  2. The proof of purchase is an automatic confirmation (Receipt) sent by Stripe. VAT invoices are issued upon the Customer's request after sending company details to: oksanapavliy@gmail.com

  3. Packages: Session packages are personal (non-transferable) and have 6 months of expiry date.

§4. CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS, AND RESCHEDULING

  1. Individual Sessions: Rescheduling or cancellation is possible free of charge up to 24 hours before the meeting. If a session is cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, the payment is non-refundable (it is treated as a fee for the reservation of the Seller's time and readiness).

  2. Group Sessions / Events: Payments are non-refundable. In case of absence.

  3. Refunds: Refunds for paid services occur only in the event of the cancellation of the event by the Organizer.

§5. DELIVERY OF DIGITAL CONTENT AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

  1. Digital products (e-books, courses) are made available immediately after payment via the Podia platform.

  2. The Customer acknowledges that by gaining immediate access to digital content, they lose the right of withdrawal from the agreement (in accordance with EU consumer law regarding digital goods).

§6. TECHNICAL MATTERS AND CONFIDENTIALITY

  1. Online Sessions: The Customer is responsible for a stable internet connection and a working camera and microphone. If a session does not take place due to technical issues on the Customer's side, it is considered completed.

  2. Confidentiality: All topics discussed during individual sessions are strictly confidential.

  3. Image Rights: By participating in an online group session, the Customer consents to its recording (the Customer's image may be visible to other participants of the group or subscription).

§7. COMPLAINTS AND FINAL PROVISIONS

  2. By making a reservation or purchase, the Customer confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
