No. My work is based on "reminding," not on learning complicated techniques. All you need is openness and readiness for change. Regardless of whether this is your first encounter with spirituality or you have been on this path for years—the process will adapt to your current readiness.
Yes, absolutely. Energy knows no concept of distance or time. In the quantum field we work in, physical presence in the same room is not required for deep clearing and activation to occur. Many of my clients experience the most powerful processes in the comfort of their own homes, where they feel completely safe.
Every nervous system reacts differently. Some see colors and feel waves of heat, others experience only deep peace. An absence of intense visions does not mean the process is not occurring. The energy works where it is most needed. The most important effects often appear in the 7–10 days following the session in the form of greater lightness in everyday life.
I work with an original Heart Energy Activation method. Unlike some techniques that forcefully "push" energy upward, we begin with the Heart.
